malfi Pizza co-founders Greg Grant and Stephen de Haan are perfectionists. To offer Atlanta authentic Neopolitan pizza, they didn’t just study in Naples; they brought something back.
Technically, two things: twin, 3,000-pound Neopolitan pizza ovens. Each had to be lifted through the roof by a crane that shut down a city block; supports had to be added to Red Phone Booth below to hold them up. Each oven cooks a 10” pizza in 60 seconds.
The end result? Divine. Amalfi’s pizzas burst with flavor and character. Try the mushroom and truffle and the spicy, flavorful house special.
